Sarah Vowell

Has anybody read Take the Cannoli:Stories From the New World by Sarah Vowell? I’m trying to pick a selection from there for the women’s humor book, but I just don’t know which one is the funniest. I love the one with the same name as the book—about her obsession with the Godfather. If you know me, you know I can relate. But then there’s one about going to Disney World, and I need some help with trying to pick one, or something else from the book. I don’t always laugh out loud to her writing, but when I hear her on This American Life, I often find myself cracking up. I know people love her humor, so I want to include her if possible.

ALSO, in the book she mentions writing for Conde Nast Traveler. Anyone seen one of those articles? I’d love to track one down.

Thanks!
