One More Month!

The publicist side of me screams as I look at the mounting to-do list til launch, the editor in me wails wondering if the book is really free of all typos, and the author in me whoops it up as I sit on the edge of my seat beginning my new March mantra,
“Is it here yet?”
“Is it here yet?”
“Is it here YET?”

Sand In My Bra & Other Misadventures: Funny Women Write from the Road went to the printer today.

Blue lines will get to Travelers’ Tales on 3/26, and a box of books will arrive in Eugene on or around April Fools. No joke. Well, just 29, it is a humor book.

We started off with a print run of 10,000 copies which will just cover the pre-orders and our media copies.

I’ll also get 100 post cards to start plastering. Where is Nick when I need his flyering expertice?

Ok, I better get back on the PR machine, there’s lots to do. YAY!!!! I can’t believe it’s almost April!
