A Writing Contest for Booksellers!

Now the hard working low paid book lovers that do right by us writers’ precious works of art can get published too!
Any person who owns a bookstore or works in a bookstore is allowed to submit their best travel story. And for travel literature lovers, the awards are priceless.
Prizes
1. Grand Prize Winner: $500, a full set of Travelers’ Tales books, and publication both on the Travelers’ Tales website and in an upcoming anthology.
2. Second Place: $250 and two dozen Travelers’ Tales books of your choice and publication on the Travelers’ Tales website.
3. Third Place: $100 and a dozen Travelers’ Tales books of your choice and publication on the Travelers’ Tales website.
4. Five Runners-up: Ten Travelers’ Tales books of your choice and publication on the Travelers’ Tales website.

DEADLINE: June 1, 2004. Winners will be announced at the Book Passage Travel Writers Conference (Corte Madera, CA) in August 2004.
