IDFuel.com finished with their Hassle Free Travel contest, and is accepting submissions on their Summer Sun contest until July 30, 2004 (with registration by July 28).

So, what is it? A contest to “design a personal item, or collection of personal electronic items that make summer even more fun.” But that little bit doesn’t do it justice. Go read the full details, suggestions, and fine print on their site.

I found the winner of the Hassle Free Travel contest on Gizmodo, (which btw I’m loving). It turned out that the fancy shmancy luggage tag wasn’t so original after all. But I thought it was cool.

Will I be submitting to the new contest? No. But it does make for excellent “What if” road trip conversation.
