Fancy Pants Contest!

By Jen Leo | Permalink | 4 comments | August 31st, 2004 | Trackback

Now you can get crazy participating in this year’s fun with Whose Panties Are These?!

Travelers’ Tales is now accepting a different kind of submission…decorated underwear. Think sequins, feathers, buttons, bows. Get out the paint, glue, and glitter! Pink ones, purple ones, green ones, black ones - we love them all.

Every participant will be a winner or a free book, and one special panty decorater will receive $100 and 5 signed copies of Whose Panties Are These?

And before you get too cheeky, there are rules. Go check out the FANCY PANTS CONTST on the website.

Have fun!

I’m assuming the contest is open to all genders, right? (all -two- of them, that is…)

But more importantly, I wanted to congratulate you on appearing on vagablogging.net in the “Writers” section. Great interview!! (Loved the bullet section, a la “Everything I needed to know about travel I learned while partying in Tijuana.”) People, check it out!

Going to buy glitter and sequins to decorate my underwear. (Oddly, this has nothing to do with your contest…)

Dave, thanks for the update! ROLF!!! I can’t believe he put that up without giving me the heads up. We talked about it a few months ago, but I wrote that last year. Surely I have something more profound to say by now. Let me go look. I bet I’ll want edits!

Uh-oh, hope I didn’t get Rolf into trouble…

No, not at all. Rolf is a prince. He’s already made my edits. And I explained in the party post that i’ve just been stressed. But enough of that. I brought champers and wine spritzers into TT today to begin the appreciating end of this book process.
