Backstory: Do You Have One?

By Jen Leo | Permalink | No Comments | October 21st, 2004 | Trackback

Damn! I love this word. I actually have a folder on my computer called “Backstory”. It is the title of my journal. You know, the one I’m too busy watching TV or surfing blogs and travel sites to actually feed properly.

Besides the word being one of my faves, it’s a cool site with an excellent concept.

[Via Where There’s Smoke] I found M.J. Rose’s new blog. A place where authors can talk about how they got the idea for their novels. I just looooovvvvveee hearing the inside scoop! Good one, M.J.!

Backstory:Where authors share the secrets, the truths, or just the illogical moments that sparked our fiction. Brought to you by M.J. Rose

Coming soon to Backstory: Katherine Neville, Lee Child, Tess Gerritesen, Marcia Talley, Gayle Lynds, Laura Lippman, Jacqueline Winspear,Linda Fairstein, Caroline Leavitt, Denise Hamilton, Lev Rafael, Jason Starr,Lisa Tucker, J.A. Konrath, Robert Ferrigno, Doug Clegg, Carol Goodman and more.

Do you have a backstory to tell? Write M.J. and tell her.

This is going to be great. I’ve already added it to my Bloglines.
