Blogalicious…who me?

By Jen Leo | Permalink | 5 comments | November 20th, 2004 | Trackback

Damn I wish someone could come over here and take a picture of me. I think I'm blushing.

Gadling just gave me some pretty big props and I just might be glowing for the next 48 hours.

Oh great, now we have to think of the word for a blogger who brags about another blogger who blogged about her blog. Bloggard? I’d rather be called Blogalicious. Lets go make some t-shirts with that word on it. Cute little tees in either pink, or orange and blue.

I’ve already sent some thanks to Erik Olsen. But I’d rather say it with a beer & a burrito. Does anyone know him or know about where he lives? Sheesh, how am I going to study poker now?

Nice stuff, too. Look at those panoramic shots.

“She’s not Paul Theroux,” thank goodness, you are yourself, “her writing is sharp and in its own way more accessible (certainly less grouchy). She’s real, and her colorful, slice-of-life stories are just plain fun.”

Thanks, Herve. I won’t be in NYC until the Book Expo next year…but hey, you never know where paths will cross. Oooh, I just realized that BEA will be during the World Series of Poker. Yikes! Hmmm….this calls for more research.

Thanks as always for the comments, Mary. You picked out my favorite line. :-) He pinned me, didn’t he? Just plain fun.

Damn. BEA starts on the exact same date as the World Series of Poker. Frick. Frack. F$%!. I might have to be in NYC to promote Cheap Stingy Bastards. We’ll see. I’m going to forget about this for a few months and deal with it later. ARGH.

You’re welcome. Great site! WSP? I did a show at ABC way back when with Phil Helmuth and Amarillo Slim. Slim is a great guy.
