Let Editors Find Your Writing
By Jen Leo | Permalink |Worldwide Freelancer is running a special on their Find A Writer program.
I had never heard of this, but if you’re looking for work, it’s worth a shot. Essentially you pay a fee to have your services listed on WorldwideFreelance.com. Then, those looking for a writer to complete a project scroll down the list and contact writers that fit their needs.
Right now they are running special rates so that you can get double the time for your money.
I’d say it’s well worth $11.95 to run this for six months and see if you get anything. Just one job would cover that easily. And for those just starting out, don’t you want bylines, bylines, and more bylines?
Only advice I have is to take care in writing up your 120 word description. Look at the other listings and make yourself stand a part from the rest in whatever your specialty is.
