Editorial Internship: France Today

San Francisco-based magazine France Today: the Journal of French Culture and Travel is currently looking for a part-time intern to work with the editorial department. Here’s the info for any interested francophiles:

Responsibilities: The intern will work on a print supplement about studying in France and will do some copyediting, proofreading and fact-checking. There will also be opportunities to write and report for France Today’s print publication and newsletter.

Experience required: Excellent English writing skills. Some background in journalism. Knowledge of French and French culture and study abroad experience preferred but not required.

Compensation: This is a non-paid, college credit position.

Deadline: Applications must be received by September 29, 2006
