Travel Channel: Photo Journeys

By Jen Leo | Permalink | 2 comments | December 1st, 2006 | Trackback

photojourneysI love that the Travel Channel is featuring top photographers. They’ve started a section called Photo Journeys and so far they’ve got three artists represented including my friend Alison Wright. Each “photo journey” consists of a slideshow with captions from the photographer and a travelogue or dispatch from their trip (which TC is inappropriately calling a blog). Here’s a list of destinations and renown photographers they’re spotlighting right now.

Jeff Foott - Colorado and Nepal
Brent Stirton - India Brazil and Idaho
Alison Wright - Mongolia Tibet and Chile

Check it out. It will leave you craving more photos from these greats, if not a framed version to hang in your work space for inspiration.

You can find out more about the photographers and the Travel Channel Photo Journeys Project here.

Some great photos! They rivals National Geographic photos.
Thanks for the source.
