SF Bay Area: Traveler’s Tales Events

By Abha | Permalink | No Comments | April 7th, 2007 | Trackback

It’s Easter, and between eating chocolate eggs and watching it pour outside, nothing much has happened. No writing, no travelling, no nothing.

So while I’m enjoying Madrid, some good cinema and my sofa, thought I’d give those living in San Francisco Bay Area a heads up on the Traveler’s Tales (TT) events happening there soon:

What:
TT Executive Editor Larry Habegger and contributors Richard Sterling, Bonnie Smetts, Ken Matusow, and Maciej Ceglowski will read selections from The Best Travel Writing 2007.

Where:
Get Lost Travel Books, 1825 Market Street at Guerrero in San Francisco.

When:
7 p.m. Wed., April 24 and at Book Passage in Corte Madera, 7 p.m. Sat., May 12.

Also:
Larry Habegger and contributors Linda Watanabe McFerrin, Georgia Hesse, Francesca De Stefano, Phil Thompson, Laurie King, and Bonnie Smetts will read selections from 30 Days in Italy.

Where:
Get Lost Travel Books, 1825 Market Street at Guerrero in San Francisco.

When:
7 p.m. Wed., May 2.

Enjoy!
