Matador Travel Contest Winners Announced

We wrote about this before, and for those of you interested to check out the story of the winner of Matador Travel’s first writing/photography contest - this is it:
“Huayhuash: A Convergence of Change and Resilience,” written by Adam French, photographs by Ben Ditto.

80 stories were submitted, of which another two noteworthy ones are:
-“My Chinese Clown” written by Katharine Mitchell &
-“Hands of the Child: the Diola Drummers of Casamance” written by Mei-Ling McNamara
