Internship Leads: World Hum, Time out New York

Our friends over at World Hum are looking for a Summer intern to work out of the Travel Channel headquarters in Chevy Chase, Maryland, for 10 weeks, beginning June 1, 2009. Applicants should be passionate about travel, have some writing and editing experience, and have some experience with digital photos and video. Closer to my neck of the woods, Time Out New York is also looking for a summer intern. This one is more fashion oriented than travel, but still thought someone might find it useful. You would work with the Seek department, which covers fashion, beauty, health, fitness and dating. Responsibilities include market research, managing contacts, fact-checking, as well as various other administrative duties. Previous magazine experience is a plus. Interested?
