EVENTS CANCELLED
UPDATE: The event at Big Hat Books will not happen tomorrow night. When I called and asked what time they wanted me, they asked if we could reschedule.
I'm sorry for the few that wrote in and wanted to meet me.
Also, the SAVVY TRAVELLER travel writing workshop has been changed. They are having issues with their building and can not host an event. But I will be there Sunday, Oct 9 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm to sign books and wish them well with their 20th anniversary. Please stop by if you can.

I am super bummed about the Chicago cancellation. Can you post a guide of the stuff you were going to cover on the site? I was really looking forward to it and am not from around the Chicago area. Anyway, any advice about getting into travel writing would be appreciated.

Sarah, I'm sorry I don't have time to do that. But I did a post for you about a great book, look up. Also, if you can still make it out to the Savvy Traveller on Sunday, I'll be there and can talk to you one on one about your individual goals.
