"Writer, Edit Thyself"
Did you see Jan Weiss's article on Media Bistro yesterday about editing your own writing? Hey, if she can do it...all the power to her.
I'd rather indulge in the luxury of having a good editor at my beck and call. That's even after I've hit preview and re-edit a million times. Recently a friend told me to do all my blog posts or other webwriting in Word and just do the simple task of hitting spell check. Yeah, yeah, state the obvious. I grudgingly started doing it. Some of the time, anyway.

Thanks for posting this. I am currently editing my own story, one that I was assigned and was not my own idea... Grrrrrrr.... and I am editing and editing and editing.. Better get back to it and follow the tips given by Jan
